We are Upgraded!

Posted on February 29, 2012 by Brian Johnson | 0 Comments

Great news!

We have officially upgraded and are now running a new and smoother shipping platform to get products to you in a much faster fashion.

You may notice over the next week or so (starting on Leap Day, to give us a little flex...) that some of our stock quantities may be low or Out Of Stock.  PLEASE check back if you see this as we are rotating our inventory into our new system which is taking a little extra time!

If you find yourself in a huge bind and need something ASAP please don't hesitate to contact us via email and we will do the best we can to get product out to you.

We appreciate your patience with this as we are really wanting to bring a better experience to you and make our interactions smoother and simpler.

Thanks for your patronage!

Upgrades!

Posted on February 13, 2012 by Brian Johnson | 0 Comments

Over the next two months you will be noticing a few additions and improvements to theUncommonGreen.

In an effort to bring a better experience to you we have some plans up our sleeves...

1.  Gift wrapping!  Are you giving a gift?  If so we will be adding different options to gift wrap your purchases, ranging from seasonal, event based (b-day/graduation), and eco-friendly.  More to come!

2.  Improved shipping.  In a world of Amazon Prime and next day shipping we sometimes struggle to keep up with the expectations of having your products to you exactly when you want them.  We will be bringing a few things on board over the next month to meet your needs.  Including: Same-Day shipping options, Faster shipping turn around times, Better communication with you on where your order is and when you can expect it.

3. Community support.  We want to help.  And we hope you do to.  In order to do this we are exploring a few different ways that we can give back, so keep your eyes open for some of the following: Highlights of various organizations we are giving to in our attempt to improve the world around us AND a new blog and product sector, Design-4Good, with the final goal of the products in this arena to contribute to a cause that they visually/physically connect with.

We'd love your feedback and ideas, so please feel free to interact with us on the Blog!
